I participate voluntarily in the show fully aware that horse sports and competition involve inherent dangerous risk of serious injury or death, and by participating (we) expressly assume any and all risks of injury or loss and agree to indemnify RANCHOTEL HORSE CENTER, their employees and agents harmless against any legal proceedings for personal injuries or property damage arising from an accident occasioned by any employee, rider, driver, handler, agent or entity of mine and from and against all claims including for any injury or loss suffered during or in connections with the show, whether or not such claim, injury or loss resulted, directly or indirectly, from the negligent acts or omissions of said officials, directors, employees or agents of the RHC or show.
